Goats Cheese coated in breadcrumbs topped with fresh truffle and watercress and served with sweet cranberry and lemon.
Homemade duck liver pate served on toasted walnut crostini with a sweet port drizzle.
Ravioli Tuorlo D’Uovo
1 Large ravioli piece stuffed with wild mushroom and pecorino cheese. Cut into it to reveal an exploding egg yolk. Garnished with black truffle and pancetta.
Duck and orange arancini with buffalo mozzarella on a sweet port sauce with beetroot carrot and watercress.
Pollo Con Osso
Chicken Breast served on the bone, parmesan skin on and served in a light rosemary, garlic, white wine and lemon sauce, served a bed of Parma Ham wrapped parcels and roasted potatoes.
